My name is Adrian Perkins and I am an experienced Reiki Master Practioner / Teacher based in Fareham, Hampshire. I offer treatments, courses and a monthly Shares group in the comfort of our ground floor holistic sanctuary.
Reiki was first developed in Japan by Mikao Usui, a Tendai Buddhist monk as a method towards spiritual enlightenment. It translates to mean 'Universal Life Force Energy' which is present in all living things and helps to balance the mind, body & spirit.
Reiki is now a popular complementary therapy recognised by the NHS and Macmillan Cancer Support.
