Welcome to our website. I jointly run Fareham-based Holistica Mind Body Spirit with my business partner Tony Olliver. I am a fully qualified practitioner of Reiki, Reflexology & Indian Head Massage and also teach Reiki at all levels, either in a group environment or on a one-to-one basis.

I started my holistic journey in the 90`s when I trained as a Spiritual Healer and having gained diplomas in Reflexology and Indian Head Massage, went on learn and teach the amazing energy of Reiki. Once a week I volunteer at the Macmillan Centre giving complementary therapies to cancer patients and their carers. For further information or booking please contact me.
